LuAnne
Lauren looked just beautiful, so happy and excited as every young
girl should be on her Prom night, such a special time in their lives.
The color of the gown was just perfect on her with her skin tone,
I loved it, please tell her I think she looked lovely,

By the grace of God, Tatiana is graduating on Monday evening
so now the mad scramble is on to do a party, and she has
insisted that her Mother who we have not seen in 16 years will
be coming to the graduation~~ oh my nerves!
That's ok, the party will be at my home so it will be mutal territory
and that's the way it should be.

It is not easy being a Mother, or a Grandmother, but it is all worth
it in the end, please give Lauren a hug for me and tell her that
Nonna said she looked just beautiful, I hope her night was fun,
exciting and filled with many happy memories.

Love You,
donna

Hello! I could relate with what you are going through. It wasn't until a few months ago that specialist were finally able to discover I have SLE(LUPUS) and Porphyria, what a combination, and life changing.Excited that they finally figured out what has been wrong with me as I got worse but then angry and sad when they told me for either one there is no cure, a very crushing feeling. I can relate to the medicines, they have had me on dozens and now steroids and hydroqualizine(I think I spelled it right, the one used for malaria),but tell me this med effects the Porphyria, how crazy a medicine to help me that can actually hurt me. Today went to the eye specialist and my sight is not what it use to be and they are sending to another specialist because they believe they found a promblem with my retina. I keep asking myself how much more, I am a mother to two beautiful little girls and what inspiration they are. Thank you so much for posting your journal because it made me feel not so alone.
